Refunds & Returns

If you receive an item from® that's either incorrect or defective, we'll provide a return shipping label for you. It's important to note, however, that the store credit amount will have the original shipping charges deducted.

Here's how our return process works:

  • Time Frame: Returns are accepted only within 30 days from the date you received the product.

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): You'll need an RMA number for your return. Without this number, your return could face refusal or additional processing delays.

  • Condition of Returns: The returned item must be uninstalled and in a new, resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are damaged during shipping back to us, or are missing parts or components.

  • Missing Components: If anything is missing from the returned product, we may either reject the entire return or charge you for the missing component(s).

  • Damaged or Defective Items: We cannot accept returns of items that are damaged or defective if they have been used or installed. Please inspect all orders upon receipt and get in touch with us at within 72 hours if there’s an issue.

  • Return Shipping Charges: Unless you've received an incorrect or defective product, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Additionally, a restocking fee may apply.
